Elf Beauty Clutch

Hiiiiiii Loooovvveeesssss!!! I purchase an Elf Beauty Clutch from Target for $10 :). It was doing the Holiday sale. I will like to give you the scoop on Elf Beauty Clutch! Yeeeessss!!! I soooooo love this Clutch indeed, yes I made a video about this and I wasn't able to talk more about it because I had other wonderful products to talk about! Any Who I rated the Beauty Clutch a 7 out of a 10 ummmmmm wait your horses I will tell you why with the PROS AND CONS :).

First what comes inside the Beauty Clutch:

32 Eye shadows

1 Bronzer

2 Blushes

1 Face Shimmer

1 Eye brow cream

1 Eye brow powder

6 Lip gloss/Lip Stick

2 Applicators

Pros:

Beautiful Colors such as (eye shadows, bronzer, blush and  lip gloss).

Eyebrow powder and cream works outstanding.

Eye shadows are easy to blend.

Cons:

Eyeshadow is Chalky

Final Thought

You have the reason why I rated the Clucth 7 out of 10. Now the Clutch isn't a a waste its still awesome and the eyeshadow are still workable.

I purchase elf Gem brushes at Target, and I love them sooooo much. I will like to inform you that I actually used the brushes myself however this blog is all about my opinion. My first impression when I first saw the Gem brushes was exciting. I thought the brush was very low quality, but I found out it was great quality. Yes the brushes are soft and usable.I am thinking about getting more of the Gem Brushes. I have a lot of other Elf bushes from the one dollar line, Studio Line, and now from the Gem Collection.The blending brush is awesome it blend very very good, and it pick up the eyeshadow very good as well. The eyeshadow brush is fantastic indeed picking up eyeshadow and applying it to the eyes. I love all of Elf brushes and they all serve a great purpose while using them. Yes, they are girlie that's the best thing I like about them especially that the brushes are awesome. I highly recommend these brushes because they are bling blinging and worth the money. I purchase each brush for $3.99 plus tax. I didn't even know that the brushes was sold at Target til a young lady stated on her video on youtube. Makeup for The Nzuri Natural Hair Show

I was hired by Model Stevie Tay to do her makeup for Nzuri Natural Hair Show. She walked in for a fashion show and I was very grateful to be apart of the show. This is the Look I created for Stevie Tay and she loved it. Everybody and they mama was giving me and her praises about my work :). I met awesome people at the show and I learned a lot at the Natural Hair Show. I am natural all natural and I love it. I learn so many things about African American Culture how it was against the law for us to where our air fros and dread locks. This was a great experience and I am looking forward for the next show next year.

We all know taking care our skin is very very very important and if you didn't know well you know. If you want a flawless look take care of your skin, so you can have that clean flawless look.

I personal use Mary Kay 3 and 1 cleanser. I love Mary Kay skin care because it does justices for me.

This creamy cleanser that's in the tube comes in normal to dry and combination to oily. The soap comes with the dish that have your skin feel fresh, clean and radiant with enhanced hydration. As it cleanses, exfoliates and freshens in one step, it begins the process to reveal younger-looking skin. Plus, with each use, your skin feels refreshed.

When to use product? I use this product before I use my makeup and after I remove my makeup.

Eye Brow Tips

The picture you see above is ELF Brow Kit and its AWESOME! On the left you have the brow gel and on the right you have the powder. I have a picture just so you can see how awesome Elf Brow Kit is however I will give you the steps on how to apply the brow kit on:

Materials: Angle eyebrow brush, any Brow Kit (recommend Elf's Brow Kit) and Concealer

First- Brush your eyebows going up and make sure they are neat.

Second- Apply the brow gel to the left onto your brows as dark as you will  like them to be, and you can even go up a little to make your brows look thicker.

Note:Once you have shape your eyebrows the way you want them go to the next step.

Third- Apply the powder to the right onto the brow gel so it can be set since it is a gel.

Note: You will get your concealer its better to get concealer a little lighter than your skin complexion

Fourth- You can clean your Angle eyebrow brush and use a small amount of concealer and go above our eyebrows and outline them.

Fifth- Do not add anymore concealer to your brush just use what you have left on the brush. Apply concealer in front of your eyebrows, but do light strokes so you can get the look I have above.

Sixth- Your all finish and you should have the look above or maybe even better :)

Hard Candy Nobody's Perfect

I purchase this Concealer last week sometime and the reason I purchase this product is because a lot of  people were staying the brand was great. However in my experience using Hard Candy, it was awesome. I learned a new technique from a young lady on youtube while using this product. I am looking forward doing more youtube videos and doing reviews on each product I purchase. I normally buy products to test them out and give my point of view on them rather if their good or not. This product was $8 and its worth every cent and I purchase this a walmarts. I'm in Houston, Texas and all walmarts does not sell them where I'm at. A Natural Face Chart Created by Me (Quetta Stubbs)

This is a face chart I created and I will actually like to say this is a natural look. I like to do face charts so my clients are able to look through my book and see different looks and styles. Clients can also view what looks they like to go with rather if its dramatic, natural or maybe both.  This look is with Mac Products and no you don't have to just use Mac Makeup you can use different brands. I have shared the colors I used from Mac please read below:

Lips: Diva (on the edges of the lips)

        Desire (in the middle of the lips)

This Blog will be mainly about the look I had a week ago :)

First off the products I used on my EYES was BhCosmetics 88 Matte Eyeshadow Palette. The only thing is that I do not know the name of the colors that I used because it does not come with names which sucks. For my eyebrows I am using the Maybeline EyeBrow Defining Pencil the color of that is Chestnut. I like the Defining Pencil because it really lasts at along time :) The price was $7.95 I believe I had it for a good 6 months which is awesome. I used the BhCosmetics 66 Lip Palette for my lips of course however I do not know the color due to no name listed. This look was mainly color If you do not want the lips to be so bright you can have a nude lip or darken the color maybe a brown lipstick. You can also use a clear lip gloss or a brown lip gloss either or. This is the look that I have created color on the eyes and on the lips. Pros: I bought this Palette and when I received it I was so excited heck I'm still excited lol! Everything about this palette is wonderful.. If you're interested you should by this palette its awesome. I have tried mostly all the colors I will post pictures in my next post to give y'all an idea,

Cons: There's no Cons the palette is soooo awesome :)

I purchase the concealer palette from BhCosmetics

Pros: I really like this concealer it covers up a lot and it very smooth. I get excited using it becaus eit covers all my dark spots on my face so that's an A+ for me. You 10 colors you can work with for different complexions. I use the brown one on the bottom row the 2nd one from the right, and I also use the very dark one on the right of it. Becasue I contour my nose to make it smaller depending on what look I'm going for :)

Cons: The concealer is sooooooooooo thick gosh! While trying to put some product on your concealer brush, however you can you use the concealer with your fingers its not that difficult. Oh and I really don't like the smell of it but you can't smell it when its on your face lol!

I purchase Bhcosmetics's 66 Lip Palette...

Pros:   Wow I love this so much and the colors shows great! You can use a lip primer or you do not have too. I actually use the lip colors without a lip primer. I have tried a lot of colors like the dark blue second row from the bottom and the 6th one counting from the right. The color looks great. Another color I tried was the light purple color yay! The first row from the bottom counting from the left. That color is terrific you have to purchase this it does wonders.

Cons:   I don't have a lot of Cons but only one the colors is only for photoshoots the reason I say that is because if you wear these colors and want to apply it, it will be hard unless if you want to carry a huge palette with you. I really don't have any more cons.

Hi, I been M.I.A for a while now but I'm going to continue to blog the best as I can. I have opened my shop now :) which I am very grateful for. This particular look was created by me yes, me Quetta Stubbs. This look is a high fashion look and the colors I used was very bright. The colors I used came from a Mac Professional Palette, I used Mac brushes and Mac eye primer prep. The only thing I didn’t like about the Mac eye primer prep is because it was to creamy. You have to be very careful when using this primer because the eyeshadow will crease and that’s not a good look. I used eyeshadow on her lips for her lipstick and that also came from the Mac Professional Eyeshadow. First I used a lip gloss just a small amount then used the Mac lip brush to apply the eyeshadow on her lips. That is basically the look I was going for and also the products I used.
